Casa
Oleiro is the owner's traditional home
in Portugal and has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard
for year round comfort.

The
spacious, south facing villa, built on a hillside on the
edge of the 12th fairway and just 500 metres from the Golf Clubhouse
and Leisure Centre, offers superb views over the golf course to
the cliffs and the sea from Salema to Sagres with it's ancient
fortress in the south western tip of the Algarve.

The
main living accommodation is on the upper level where the drawing
room (log burning stove and panel heaters) and dining room
have French windows opening onto a large terrace with breathtaking
views of the 11th, 16th and 17th holes and the coastline.

| Casa
Oleiro, standing in a delightful garden of one third of an acre,
with a salt water Swimming Pool (12m x 5m) (heating available),
is approached by a sweeping driveway which gives seclusion without
isolation. |

All
the bedrooms face south with French windows on to the terraces,
the swimming pool (with solar blanket cover) and covered barbecue.There
is a secure garage.

The
fully equipped kitchen
with fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave has it's
own breakfast area.
A
utility
room
houses the washing machine and separate double sink unit.
Maid
service is provided two days a week for cleaning,
washing up and bedmaking. Bedlinen and towels
are also provided (excluding beach and pool towels) and
a welcome pack of food and wine.

From
the hall, a wide staircase descends to the master bedroom
(king size bed) with en-suite bathroom, two twin-bedded
rooms (bedroom two has a double and single bed) and
a spacious, fully equipped second bathroom. All
bedrooms and bathrooms have turbo fan heaters. Cots and
high chair available.

leading off the spacious hallway (where you will find
the telephone and information handbook) are the study/4th
bedroom containing a satellite TV, video and cd
player (with panel wall heater) and a separate shower/cloakroom.

Casa
Oleiro has a small library of adult and children's
books as well as toys and board games. The log burning
stove in the drawing room and panel wall heaters,
make for a cosy base for winter lets.
